7. The installation process is done. To launch the program immediately, check the box for

“Launch the program” and click “Finish”. To launch the program at a later date,

uncheck the box for “Launch the program” and click “Finish”.

8. Open the file by clicking on the Queue Management Server 1 shortcut on your

desktop. If you can’t find a shortcut on your desktop, create your own shortcut by

finding the “qms” file under C:\Program Files\Queue Management Server 1, right

click, select “Send To”, and select “Desktop (create shortcut)”.
